In an effort to evaluate the performance of various infrastructure as well as to plan for future growth and capital needs, the City has completed several master plans of the following infrastructure (click on the item to view the report - warning files are large).

2006 |
Pavement assessment of entire street system, excluding private streets. Included management software to aide in planning future capital improvements. Implementing recommendations focusing on preventative maintenance projects. |

2004 |
Operational analysis of the signalized and several unsignalized intersections along the U.S. 75 corridor between Ohio and Camelot/Southport. Staff has implemented traffic detection upgrades at Frank Phillips and Eastland. Currently designing improvements to the Camelot/Southport intersection (refer to the Capital Improvements page for updates) as well as working with the State of Oklahoma on improvements to Price Road and Nowata Road. |

2004 |
City wide master drainage plan assessing the existing drainage system as well as planning infrastructure for future growth and capital improvements. Note, appendices B thru E are not included due to file size limitations. Contact Engineering for the appendices and individual basin reports. Implementing priority projects. |

2006 |
Hydraulic study of the City's waste water collection system. Included modeling software to allow City staff to update system and determine the downstream impact for new development. Note, the report does not contain tables 7-1 and 8-1 as well as the appendices due to size limitations. Currently implementing a Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey in 2007 to identify and correct points of inflow and infiltration. |

Sanitary sewer master plan for development south of Bartlesville(between Rice Creek Road and the Wal-Mart Distribution Center) to determine the preferred waste water collection system. Implementing recommendations to proposed development in this service area. |
