Funding
The City of Bartlesville is funded primarily by sales tax revenues, which is currently 8.9 percent.
Of the total, the City receives 3.4 percent of the revenues:
- 2.5 percent for operations
- 1/2 of 1 percent for Capital Improvements Projects
- 1/4 of 1 percent for economic development
The State of Oklahoma receives 4.5 percent of the total, and Washington County receives 1 percent.

Utility bills & Court fines
Utility bills and court fines can be paid in-person at City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave., and at the following locations:
- Online, at www.cityofbartlesville.org
- By mail: City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville OK 74003
- Drop boxes, which are located in the parking lot directly south of City Hall, inside the City Hall first floor lobby and the west end of the Bartlesville Community Center parking lot

The Bartlesville Area History Museum is located on the fifth floor.
Operations
Some City operations are located elsewhere, including some functions of the Utility Services Department and the Public Works Department, as well as Police Department, located at 615 S. Johnstone Ave., and four fire stations, which are strategically located throughout the city.
White Rose Cemetery, 804 W. 11th Street, Adams Golf Club, 5801 Tuxedo Blvd., and Bartlesville Public Library, 600 S. Johnstone, are also departments of the City of Bartlesville.
